    No extra volume

    Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up to what it promises. I haven't gotten any volume when using the product.

    Doesn't work

    Gave me zero volume. My hairdresser said that many people say the same thing, that it doesn't work for them, but it might work better for those with short hair.

    Remember this as better

    Tried this many years ago on my hairdresser's recommendation. Worked great back then, but now I find that my hair quickly gets greasy as soon as I use it.

One reason could be if there has been a change in the formula (though I don’t know if that’s the case here). Hair can change over time due to things like hormones, color treatments, or other external factors. If the hair has become drier or more damaged, it may absorb the product differently and therefore become greasier faster. Different hair care routine: If you’ve added new products, switched shampoos or conditioners, it can affect how the heat protection now works with the hair. Heavy conditioners or leave-in products can sometimes make the hair greasier along with the heat protection.
