I have been testing the Nioxin System 4 Trial Kit for a few weeks now, and I am really impressed. I have tried their products before, and it feels like they really suit my hair very well. I have quite thick hair but thin hair strands. My hair is very frizzy and gets tangled easily. My color-treated hair has felt thin and tired, but already after a few uses, I noticed a clear difference. The shampoo has a fresh and clean scent, and it lathers just the right amount without drying out the hair. It really cleans deeply, without feeling too strong on the scalp. The conditioner is light in consistency but still moisturizing. It gives the hair a soft texture and makes it easy to detangle. The hair treatment is cooling and gives a refreshing feeling on the scalp. However, I usually don't apply it on the scalp as I noticed my scalp became a bit sensitive. Smells like in Gränna
I have now tested these products for a while. The first impression is, as we all know, incredibly important and right from the start, I was somewhat positively surprised - it smelled like ”home”! I am from Huskvarna and opening the package smelled just like walking into a candy cane bakery in Gränna, incredibly fresh and just as sweet (and delicious!) I was a bit skeptical at first, as it started to sting quite a bit in my scalp a short while after I put the products in my hair. However, it passed quickly and left the same feeling as when you have liniment on your skin, like the blood is flowing and the skin is ”getting going”. Since I have only used the products for a few weeks, it’s hard to determine if they work as well as promised, but I feel that they have helped to ensure that my hair doesn’t break as easily. So I will actually buy another kit so I have time to see how it goes in the long run, and I would never have done that if I wasn’t satisfied :) The only thing that brings the rating down from 5 to 4 is that my curls didn’t like the products and became quite frizzy instead of defined.Translated from swedish

WOW!
My hair has really been through a lot, countless bleachings and regular coloring at least once a month. That's why I was positively surprised by the Nioxin System 4 Trial Kit for Colored Thinning Hair. Already after a few washes, I noticed that my hair felt lighter, not greasy or heavy, even though the conditioner is supposed to be massaged all the way into the scalp. Which I find unusual for products aimed at colored and weakened hair. I've also seen fewer broken hair strands, and my hair feels stronger and healthier. The shampoo gives a deep cleansing feel without drying out, the scent is fresh and refreshing, and the packaging feels both practical and stylish. After using the serum along with the rest of the line, I get fantastic volume and a nice, shiny finish. The only small downside is the conditioner, it is quite thin in consistency, which means I need to use quite a bit for it to reach all my hair, and I have shoulder-length hair. But otherwise, I am very satisfied and will definitely continue using the line. Holds what they promise’
I have been testing the kit for a while now and I must say that I am positively surprised ⭐️ For info, I have typically Scandinavian thin & frizzy hair. The shampoo and conditioner smell fresh of mint/menthol, which I love! The shampoo seems to be deeply cleansing, and the hair stays fresh for a long time. The conditioner is moisturizing and makes the hair not feel frizzy. The treatment feels incredibly cooling, but I think the scent there gets a bit too strong. After a few weeks of testing, the hair feels thicker and the hair strands feel stronger and denser. Less hair breaks off, and I have not experienced any frizziness at all, which was a common problem before. Spa feeling and quick results
This kit for Colored/Dry/Damaged Hair that I definitely have! After many years of dyeing my hair dark, then bleaching and dyeing it pink for several years!! Now for almost 6 months I have been struggling to grow out my natural red hair. I have always had extremely long and thick hair… until I damaged it 🙈, but thanks to this kit I also get my natural waves, thicker hair in just a few weeks!! It got 4/5 because of the mint scent of the shampoo/conditioner, but they are substances that give you the feeling on the scalp and spa experiences at home! 💃 fresh scent, yum. I have tested the Nioxin System 4 Trial Kit and was positively surprised already at the first use. The shampoo in the kit has a fresh and clean scent with a light menthol feel that gives a cooling effect on the scalp – something I really appreciate. The consistency is just thick enough and lathers nicely, making it easy to distribute the product throughout the hair. I found that it cleaned the scalp very thoroughly without drying it out. After washing, my hair felt fresh, airy, and had a nice volume – which is something I personally prefer. Strengthens and moisturizes, but the price is a bit too high for the amount of product
System 4 is developed for colored hair with visible hair loss and promises to strengthen the hair, protect the color, and improve the health of the scalp. I have tested the kit for a few weeks and actually think it lives up to much of what is promised. The hair feels immediately healthier, lighter, and has nice volume. The shampoo cleanses deeply without drying out, the conditioner moisturizes without weighing it down, and the leave-in treatment gives a lovely cooling sensation on the scalp. I have also noticed that my sensitive scalp has not been irritated – on the contrary, it feels less dry and more moisturized. I also see that new hair strands are starting to grow out, which is a really good sign! Additionally, the scalp feels clean and fresh, and I no longer need to wash my hair as often. One downside is that the bottles are 150 ml – I wish they were 100 ml to fit in my carry-on when traveling by plane, which I do often. Right now, I can't take them in their original bottles and have to transfer them, which is cumbersome. The price of the trial kit is a bit steep for a test kit, but the ingredient list is well thought out, which justifies the higher price tag. Pretty okay
I have tested the Nioxin trial kit 4 for about a month. I think it’s both good and bad so far. Like Nioxin's other products, they are strongly scented, which makes me, as someone who is sensitive to scented products, experience itching. But aside from the itching, I like the concept. I believe it would yield good results after longer use. The shampoo cleans the hair but feels a bit stiff and dry. I like the conditioner best as it is easy to apply, economical, and easy to rinse out. The kit works so-so for me with curly hair depending on how well the curls respond to the products; there are better options on the market. But this kit in combination with other products makes my curly hair pretty okay. Both Plus and Minus
I got to test this kit via Smartson, and both the shampoo and conditioner have a very minty scent, which wasn't a favorite of mine. 🙈 But I used hair oil with perfume afterwards, and then it settled quickly! Both feel very cooling and nice (just like the scalp treatment), but for "cleansing" for me to be able to use it every wash, since I have very dry hair and scalp. And the conditioner didn't feel quite moisturizing enough on its own, so I used hair mask during the washes I used these, which helped. I have alternated with the anti-hairloss shampoo that I also got to try, and my regular shampoo from before, every other/third wash and still feel that I have gotten results. My hair feels fuller and I feel like I'm losing less hair. The scalp treatment was also nicely cooling on the scalp, and I found it easy to apply, but I use mousse beforehand so I have developed a good technique, it might be a bit challenging if you haven't worked with mousse before. I have also used this kit in combination with night density serum and anti-hairloss treatment, and feel that overall it has been very successful in making my hair fuller! I'm excited to continue using these and see if I get even better results long-term, since I've only had time to try it for about 3 weeks so far.
