Best gift ever!
I am soooo loving this product! I have this tool for about 7 months and my curls have never looked better. This diffuser is just something else, with the extra long prongs it can reach deep into my curls and the brushes are great for styling or to create that salon-like blow dry. Also the autowrap attachments work great! The curls last pretty well with some trics and let's be realistic it is not a curling wand with extremely high temperatures, but with these low temperatures and just heat it works so good. I got this tool from my BF and I would absolutely recommend to everyone. Loud as hell 💔
This is clearly a substandard product that attempts to pass itself off as a high-quality knockoff of a well-known brand. I complained about the excessive noise this product makes, to which customer support replied that they use it themselves and it sounds normal. Returns are not possible because the product has been opened and tested (I wonder how else I could have found out about the noise?). This is not the first hair care product I have tried, and my ears hurt after the sound of the dryer for the first time. Instead, clean them by gently wiping them with a slightly damp cloth and then drying them off. The machine also has an internal cleaning mode that blows the inside clean, so only use the unit's own cleaning function for internal cleaning.
