    How is it turned on

    Do you have to insert batteries? Or is there something else than usual to turn it on? I'm having trouble getting it to work

      Hey there ⭐ This straightener has a regular plug, so you don’t need batteries to use it. You just need to plug it in and turn it on like normal. If you still can’t get it to work, it might unfortunately indicate a fault with the product. You can then submit a complaint through "My page", and we will assist you further 💛 Have a lovely day!

    Regarding the color of the flat iron

    What color is this flat iron? The pictures show black, but the text says it’s pink. See the attached quote from the product description. "Small and lightweight flat iron with a long cord in a lovely pink design."
