Disappointing
After reading reviews here, I added 3 of these to my cart and was ready for a new favorite! Unfortunately, with my long and heavy hair, the curls don’t hold. Curled hair before a dinner visit, when the guests left 4 hours later, the hair was as straight as before I curled it 😬 I have since tested it on different hair conditions. Newly washed, in between washes, really time for a wash … same result. The curls slip out. This is not a problem I’ve had with stronger sprays. So unfortunately, this was not a match for my long and thick hair. The hair spray itself is super good! Holds the style well. One of the better sprays I've actually used. But it smells... Kind of sour? 😬 I don't smell any sweet scent of tropical fruits at all. Really strong hairspray, super good for me as someone with bangs who likes vintage hairstyles. It keeps the hair in place even in strong wind. The hair becomes like a helmet, and in my case, that's a positive. If you want something lighter, this might not be for you. I also think it smells like Victoria's Secrets Love Spell.
