In this round as an Influtester, I have been so lucky to receive products that are everything I could have dreamed of - and a little more🙌🏼🌸 "Bouncy and shiny hair", "Anti frizz" and "Loose tangles" are qualities I look for in products for slightly long, thick, and previously bleached hair✨ The first time I used these, I was a bit too eager, and it's not always so easy to gauge the amount of product, I took a bit too much, and the hair became a little.. sticky? But what a SHINE!🙈 It curled the next day, and the curls have never been prettier or held longer! For the next application, I took a little less, which turned out to be a more suitable amount, then the hair got a lovely shine and didn't get frizzy at all! It lingers a little in the hair when you're done in the shower, in a clean and fresh way. Easy to lather up well and not so thin in consistency that it makes a mess all over the shower and product gets wasted. Simply perfect! The only thing I can criticize this shampoo for is that the bottle is a bit small, because I have such long hair and therefore need quite a bit of product for two rounds of shampoo per shower - but, it should be noted that after 4 weeks, the bottle is not empty, so I would assume it lasts for 4-8 weeks of use depending on how often I wash my hair. Amazing lip gloss in a truly gorgeous color! The applicator has a curved shape, which makes it easy to apply and gives a feeling that it’s more custom-made - if you can describe it that way. If you apply a thin layer, the color looks almost a bit purple, and if you build it up, it becomes beautifully reddish. It has no taste or scent, a mild consistency, and doesn’t feel sticky. I can often feel nauseous if lip gloss tastes too much or is too over-the-top, but I can put this on right before eating without it affecting the taste. Good for dry winter skin!
I took this with me on my vacation this week to see if it’s just as nice to "newly tanned vacation skin" as it is to dry and tired winter skin - and it is! I’ve been using this both day and night since I got it in the mail, under makeup, before workouts, before sunbathing, after sunbathing, yes at all hours of the day actually - the makeup stays beautifully with it and it doesn’t run away while I’m lying in the sun. Perfect! My skin is sometimes sensitive and can react to new products, especially in combination with sunscreen etc. - but I haven’t reacted to this at all! The consistency is light and the cream is gentle, one pump (as shown in the picture) is enough for the whole face. I usually take 2 pumps and apply it down my neck in addition to my face. This is not a product for me, simply because I don't like either self-tanner or highlighter 🙈 Fun to try, but it won't be a staple in my makeup bag. But! I'm on a vacation now (day 1) and thinking of giving this another chance when I get a bit tanner towards the end of the trip, maybe it won't feel so intense then and will give that nice extra glow when the skin has a bit more color. For my currently winter-pale skin, this is not my taste/style. Works, but..
I had high expectations for this and got so excited when I saw I was going to test this! I've lost some hair lately, probably due to the winter, how could Lyko know this…? The idea behind the product is very good, but unfortunately my hair became (very!) greasy already the day after application. I can't see any noticeable difference in my hair after testing this for a few weeks. It should be noted that the product has helped with hair falling out in the shower and on the hairbrush, but for me personally, who has very long and thick hair from before, it's not worth having to wash it every other day for it to look fresh (when that's not the case otherwise) 🤪 My hair usually doesn't need to be washed more than a maximum of 2 times a week, but during this testing period, it was impossible to go 2 days after use without having to wash it. So, if you're struggling with a lot of hair falling out and already have the routine/need to wash it often - then this is an absolutely superb product! 🤩 And a big plus that the bottle is so big! I was very excited to try a completely new brand - and PLY did not disappoint at all 🤩🥹 Hooray! A cream like this is what I've been looking for!! It's light, a little goes a long way, and it's fragrance-free! Actually, after putting this on in the morning, my skin still feels moisturized and fresh all the way until I remove my makeup late in the evening. Makeup doesn't cake, and my otherwise dry winter skin has honestly never felt better - or looked better! I even feel like my makeup lasts even better throughout the day, which is what everyone wants! New and Exciting!
I was really excited to try a completely new brand - and PLY did not disappoint at all 🤩🥹 I usually don’t use products like this, feel free to call me "broad to shine", so this was a bit of a shock at first - but a really nice introduction to getting curious about trying more ✨glitter✨ I’ve used this after cleansing, before moisturizer, and it glows so nicely! Since I don’t use foundation, this shines through the powder I use without it being too much. So much fun to test and definitely a product I will play around with more! I’ve never been a fan of highlighter, but this one hit!! Usually, I can get breakouts from new products, but not from these!
