  Does the job. I would definitely say it is a dupe for the bouncecurl brush. Got a lot of volume in my curls from this brush. Very affordable too!

    If you have hair that is sensitive and fragile, I would be very careful using it because it creates a lot of tension in the strands, so it’s super important to detangle your hair beforehand and use some kind of product that provides really good slip so the strands don’t get caught in the brush due to the resistance the bristles create. It has also been said in various YouTube videos by curly creators that you should be careful if you have sensitive hair when using this type of brush. I’ve tried this one too and immediately felt no, I’ll use the Tangle Teezer instead, which is gentler, at least for now.
