Hismile PAP+ Teeth whitening kit contains 6 pcs. individual treatments that give you a long-lasting white smile. Start by completing an initial treatment (one pod) and assess your result. If you are looking for an even whiter result, carry out another treatment, no earlier than 24 hours after the first. Save the remaining pods and use when needed, for example in a few days or later when you consider it necessary.

Maintenance of the device
Always separate the LED unit from the mouthpiece before cleaning it with water.


Use:
1. Start the treatment in the evening by first brushing your teeth for at least 2 minutes.
2. Thread the mouth rail onto the LED unit.
3. Take a pod and twist off the cap (each pod contains enough gel for a complete treatment).
4. Apply half of the gel to the upper part of the mouth rail and the other half to the lower part.
5. Turn on the LED unit by pressing the button and place the mouthpiece in the mouth (leave on until it turns off automatically after 10 minutes).
6. Finish the treatment by rinsing the mouth with water and spitting it out.
