When the treatment is finished, you can add the pen if your teeth feel good. If your teeth become sensitive, it's a good idea to take a break and consult a dentist or dental hygienist.

How to Use:
Whitening strips
Peel the whitening strip off the protective backing.
Apply the lower strip first, then the upper strip. Press gently to make sure they adhere properly. Fold the excess of the lower strip behind the teeth and press gently with your fingertips for 2 to 3 seconds.
Use for at least 30 minutes.
Remove and dispose of the used strips as plastic waste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly.
