  Fructose

  I find it a bit hypocritical that it says it should prevent cavities and acid on the teeth but at the same time contains fructose, which is probably more harmful to the teeth than sugar with double sugars? It says that you should use it according to dentists' recommendations, but I don't know if any dentist would support the ingredient list. But if one intends to check (because it is so unreasonable to have fruit sugar as a sweetener in toothpaste) and then sees that on their own ingredient list, they do not have fructose included. Whether it contains sugar or not is relevant when buying toothpaste, and if it does not contain fluoride, it might be good to inform what in the toothpaste makes it a good alternative to fluoride toothpaste.
