Zinc picolinate and zinc malate mean that zinc has been bound to picolinic acid and malic acid (so-called chelation), for optimal absorption. Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and reduced oxidative stress in the cells.

Elderberries have a long history in natural medicine and are rich in antioxidants, such as flavonoids and vitamin C, as well as glycosides. Elderberry contributes to the function of the immune system and respiratory tract.

Vitamin D is extracted from algae and is a vegan and sustainable alternative with high bioavailability. Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. In northern Europe, we only get enough vitamin D during the summer months.
