1. Sunscreen should always be applied as the final step in your morning routine, before any makeup.
2. Apply a generous layer to your face and neck.
3. Gently massage into the skin.
How much sunscreen should I use?Follow the "three-finger rule": dispense sunscreen along your index, middle, and ring fingers – this is the ideal amount for your face and neck.
When should I apply sunscreen?Apply generously at least 30 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply frequently – especially after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health risk. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Applying too little sunscreen significantly reduces protection.
