3-second moisture boosting toner that relieves skin dryness. Smooth texture with a bubbling formula that appear when shaken. Contains moisturizing ingredients such as Betula Alba Juice, Camellia Japonica Flower Extract and Hippophae Rhamnoides Water. Contains soothing and hydrating ingredients such as ectoin and aloe vera leaf water for tired skin. Low-pH formula for comfortable use on the skin.
Use:
Soak a cotton pad and sweep over face. Gently pat for full absorption.
