Easy to work with but smudges

Absolutely the worst mascara I've ever tried
Like so many others, I'm not happy with the change. The formula sits so softly on the lashes that they droop down and stick straight out. From the front, you can't even see that I have lashes. So, exactly the opposite of what you want a mascara to achieve. I don't know what type of lashes they tested this formula on when they concluded that it's good - but it's definitely not lashes that consist of many, thin strands that need hold. Besides being really bad and weighing down the lashes, it also flakes off during the day. A lot.
