My hair just loves this
I've been eyeing this for a long time and have heard both good and bad about it. But I took the plunge and ordered it home. At first use, I was a bit skeptical that it was a bit grainy in texture. I massaged it into all my hair since I have layered hair and want to reach the shorter strands too. After 6-8 minutes, I rinsed it out, and already then I understood that my hair won't want to be without this. My hair became completely crazy soft (I've never had such a nice feeling right away), so easy to detangle and shiny, I just say wow! A little background about my hair: it is well-bleached, almost platinum. Both bleached at the salon and at home, so the quality varies. Weird smell and consistency
I thought I had tried this before, but this had a completely different smell and weird consistency. It actually smells like rancid/rotten banana, and the consistency is like jelly. This treatment is a protein treatment that should be used on very damaged hair (for example, damaged after bleaching, etc.), unlike the Hydrator Intense Treatment, which should be used on dry hair that needs moisture. These can actually be used together too! You start with the protein treatment after shampooing, on towel-dried hair, and let it sit for 5 minutes and rinse out. Then you let the moisture treatment sit for 5 minutes and rinse out. Then you don’t need conditioner. If you only want to use the protein treatment, I recommend using a moisturizing conditioner after the treatment. Use as needed and how often you wash your hair, but I would say about once a week or more frequently at first if the hair is very damaged. Hope this helps you! Have a really nice day.3 likes
