Not for me
I have thick and quite frizzy hair, and I don't think this made any difference at all, and my hair still felt dry. When I recently went to the hairdresser, she recommended that I immediately change shampoo and conditioner because my scalp was very irritated, and I haven't used any other products so it must be this one that caused it. The worst purchase ever
Ordered both shampoo and conditioner from Keraste Disipline and have given it a chance x several. Completely impossible to use! My hair gets greasy and stringy no matter how much I try to rinse it out.
