    Volume and Length

    I have tested this incredibly beautiful and delicious mascara that I still think does what it promises. I have gotten volume and length with this, but the downside is that I find it somewhat dry, which results in it starting to flake a bit after application. Sad, because I really liked everything else about it. I simply have to get a new one and hope that the dryness was just a coincidence. You get a luxury feel just by looking at the mascara with the golden 😍, so it would be a shame if the dryness ruined that 🥺 I am participating in a test panel and received a free test product.

    Very messy

    My regular mascara costs just under 300 kr. From one that costs 100 kr more, I expect a lot! Let's start with the positive - it lasts all day, even with training. It's easy to remove with regular remover for waterproof mascara. But what brings the rating down is the messiness! The brush is large and both twisted and curved. You get a lot of product on, and it's very hard to apply thin and fine. In the picture, I have one layer. It dries super fast, so you don't have time to correct with another brush and separate the lashes. I think it gives a cheap impression, both on the eyes and actually already on the packaging. Not only does the design look cheap, but it also had dried mascara on the outside. I actually find it very hard to believe that this is Lancôme! So good mascara in general, but unfortunately not this one. I am participating in a test panel and received a free test product.

    Very satisfied

    I have been using this mascara for a week now and I have no complaints so far. It is easy to apply, doesn't clump, and makes my lashes look both long and full. It looks just as good at the end of a long day too, without flaking. Ten out of ten ☺️ I received the product for free and am a product tester for Smartson.

    Lancome Lash Idole Curl Goddess mascara

    I am really impressed with the product. The consistency is just right - neither too dry nor too wet - which makes it easy to apply without mess. Many mascaras can easily smudge during application, but this one stays where it should. I usually prefer waterproof options, but this one actually lasts all day without flaking or running. The result is thick, separated, and longer lashes with a nice curl. The mascara itself is lovely to hold, and the good brush makes its job easy. One coat is enough for everyday use for a more natural look, and with an extra coat, I get more dramatic, party-ready lashes. I am participating in a test panel and received a free test product.

    Length and Volume

    It really made a difference in length and volume. But I think it gets too much and sticky if you don't wipe the brush on paper first.

    Pros and Cons

    I got to test this mascara on behalf of Smartson. Positive first, an incredibly beautiful design, it looks luxurious. The mascara lasts all day and is easy to remove. The negative The brush was not for me, I found it hard to apply and felt the mascara was dry? Almost like it was running out. The price is too high when the result doesn't get better. A mixed rating this time, the mascara held all day as mentioned but didn't give any more volume and was hard to separate lashes.

    Mixed Review

    I had the chance to test this mascara through the Smartson Beauty Panel. The first impression feels luxurious. I think the mascara is pretty okay, I got some volume and length with this mascara, but I found it to be dry which made it hard to apply multiple layers without it flaking. Other than that, I still think it lifts the lashes and holds all day without weighing them down. The mascara stayed nice throughout the day and evening, and it was also easy to wash off. I like the twisted brush and that it was easy to use, but the downside was that it was too dry so it was hard to apply multiple layers. I still think it gave nice lashes that lasted all day. Overall a good mascara, but I'm unsure if I will buy it again. I am participating in a test panel and received a free test product.

    Fantastic mascara

    I had the pleasure of testing this mascara through the Smartson Beauty Panel, and it has been a pure delight. This mascara has exceeded all expectations, and it must be said that it is not easy for a picky mascara user with sensitive eyes. The formula is relatively light in consistency, gel-like feel, and not too sticky. I think it lifts the lashes very nicely and separates them well without becoming too clumpy or heavy and thick like some can be. Even when building up several layers, it stays nice, and the lashes still feel well separated and clean. Relatively high price, but I really think it’s worth the investment, especially when it’s on sale! I am participating in a test panel and have received a free test product.

    Good length and nice result

    I am participating in the Smartson test panel and have received a free test product. The mascara gives long and curled lashes, but try experimenting with which side of the brush you use. One side gives shorter lashes but more volume, while the other gives length and good curl (see picture). I also don't think there were any clumps. However, it was difficult not to smudge the eyelids during application, but I usually do that, so it might not have been the brush's fault. When I did smudge, it was easy to remove before it dried (didn't need to rub hard). The mascara dries quickly, which makes it easy to build up with more layers, but you have to work quickly. I think it held up well throughout the day and was easy to remove with makeup remover. I always use a bit of powder on my eyelids since they are 'hooded' and I don't find that it smudged off. I've tried better mascaras, but this one is really great! Also, I think it's a very luxurious design.

    Length with curve

    I have been using this mascara for a little over a week now and I am satisfied. The mascara gives a very luxurious impression and has a good consistency. The lashes are separated and become long, with a slight curl. An elegant look that becomes more dramatic with several layers. I can recommend the mascara, but there are many other good alternatives, therefore 4/5 in rating. I am participating in a test panel and have received a free test product.

    Good mascara with interesting brush

    I want to start by saying that the packaging is super pretty. Feels very luxurious. I think the mascara is good but not fantastic. My lashes get a bit longer but nothing miraculous. The volume it gives, however, does not impress. It does lift the lashes a bit, but it doesn't hold very long on me. It flakes minimally, which I find fully acceptable. The brush is very interesting. I was a bit skeptical about it, but once I got the technique down, I started to like it. However, it doesn't achieve anything fantastic either, so I'm not really sure what the point is. It's a good everyday mascara that I can absolutely recommend. But if you're expecting something super special, this is not the right mascara.     Lancôme Lash Idôle CURL GODDESS

    In collaboration with smartson, Lyko, and Lancome, I tested the Lancôme Lash Idôle CURL GODDESS I normally have long and curled eyelashes, with this mascara they became even prettier. One downside was that the brush is big and somewhat clumsy, I find it hard not to smudge on my eyelids during application. It helps to give a lot of length and also volume without clumping, so I can live with it being a bit big. The formula is quite wet but dries quickly. The wear is good throughout the day, the lashes look good all day, so in terms of wear, it delivers what it promises for me. Easy to wash off in the evening. Overall a good mascara, I will probably buy it again, despite the clumsy brush. Highly recommended.
