Perfect scent for spring and summer🌸
I have had the honor of testing three products from Maria Nila as #lykoinflutester ✨️ I already have some favorites from the brand, so it was exciting to try something new! In this review, we will take a look at the Maria Nila Floral drift fine fragrance hair mist🌸 The bottle is sleek and looks nice on the bathroom shelf. The spray pump distributes the hair perfume evenly. The product has a fruity and floral scent that I like, and it fits especially well now during spring and summer. The hair smells fresh! However, the longevity is not the best. I wish it lasted a bit longer, but thanks to the smaller bottle, you can easily take it with you if you want to refresh the scent during the day! I have had the honor of testing three products from Maria Nila as #lykoinflutester ✨️ I already have some favorites from the brand, so it was exciting to try something new! In this review, we will look at the Maria Nila Style & finish gloss coat; a heat-activated product that is said to provide shine, combat frizz, and protect against heat damage 🧖🏼♀️ I have typically Scandinavian hair that is fully bleached, which I recently toned down, so I am careful to protect my hair during heat styling and stick to heat styling my hair 2 times a week. The bottle is sleek and looks nice on the bathroom shelf. I really like the spray pump! It distributes the product evenly in the hair. The product has a fruity and floral scent that I like! The scent is quite strong when you first spray the product in your hair, but it tones down when I blow-dry my hair. My hair smells freshly washed. The product delivers on its promises! My hair becomes both super soft and shiny when I use the product in combination with blow-drying with a round brush. The spray leaves no product feel in the hair, frizz is reduced, and the hair looks well-groomed. However, I still experience that my hair gets greasy faster, which brings down the score as I try to stick to two washes a week. I have had the honor of testing three products from Maria Nila as #LYKOINFLUTESTER ✨️ I already have some favorites from the brand, so it was exciting to try something new! First up, Maria Nila structure repair bond builder 🧖🏼♀️ I have typically Scandinavian hair that is fully bleached, which I recently toned down, so I am careful to protect my hair when heat styling and I stick to heat styling my hair 2 times a week. The bottle is sleek and looks nice on the bathroom shelf. The spray pump is a bit slow, but distributes evenly over the hair, which spreads the product evenly in the hair. I like that it’s everything in one! Nourishing and protective in the same product! The product has a scent that I think is unisex and resembles the scent of the shampoo and conditioner in the structure repair series. The scent is quite strong when you first spray the product in your hair, but tones down when I blow-dry my hair. I find it hard to assess a nourishing hair product after such a short time, but I really like that my hair becomes super soft and the spray leaves no product feel in the hair. I experience my hair to be less static than usual. Luxurious eye patches✨️
I have had the honor of #lykoinflutester testing the Retinoate eye patches from #versoskincare ✨️ My skin right now during the winter is extremely dry. I get more dryness lines, dry patches, and my skin tightens quickly. I have hyperpigmentation around my eyes and darker circles. No swelling under the eyes. I am quite new to eye patches myself, but I love trying new skincare in the hunt for the perfect routine for me! These eye patches are said to visibly minimize wrinkles and fine lines while deeply hydrating. I let them sit for 30 min. The fit is good! They don’t slide on the skin and cover the entire eye area. When the skin absorbs the serum, they start to become more transparent and there is minimal serum left on the skin when I remove the patch (picture after 30 min). I experience no irritation or sensitivity despite more active ingredients, so that’s a plus! Afterwards, the area feels hydrated and the serum leaves a nice glow! However, it’s hard to judge a product after one use, so it’s unclear how the results will be after regular use, which makes these eye patches very expensive. Light in the hand!
I have the honor of #lykoinflutester testing the Björn Axén Tools Magic Style Brush PRO 38 mm from #obhnordica ✨️ I have fully bleached hair, so I usually heat-style my hair a maximum of 2 times a week and use a blow dryer and rarely anything else, so this was something new for me! My hair strands are thin and numerous, so I would say typically Scandinavian hair. What I like about this heat brush is that it is extremely light in the hand! For me with rheumatoid arthritis, it is nice to have something that doesn't get heavy when you stand for a while and fix your hair. Since I don't want to heat-style my hair too often, it's convenient to have a brush like this so you can fix your hair in the morning where it's needed instead of going through all the hair. Perfect for those with bangs, for example. The cord is long, which is also a plus! I used the lowest temperature and found that the tip of the brush got warm, so I think it will be hard to hold to help turn it to the higher temperature, or I just have sensitive fingertips 😅 I'm not a pro with this type of tool, but I like it! Practice makes perfect! I have had the honor of testing three products from the Acidid bonding series from #lykoinflutester as #redken ✨️ I have several favorites from the brand already. The conditioner I tested is a previous favorite and their pre-shampoo treatment is also fantastic! My hair is probably the perfect candidate. I have fully bleached hair that I haven't cut since December😅 According to the description, the entire acidic bonding series is supposed to work to strengthen the weak bonds in the hair and enhance the hair's resistance when it comes to color treatment and heat styling. Let's take a look at the conditioner: The scent is fresh fruity, hard to place. The product is concentrated, so start with a little and work your way up. The consistency is wonderfully creamy and distributes easily in the hair and brushes through without tugging with a wet brush. This conditioner has been a favorite for a while and continues to be! The hair becomes incredibly soft when rinsed out and has less frizz during heat styling. Biotech blowout leave-in restorative hair mask
As a #lykoinflutester, I got the chance to try this exciting leave-in treatment from #goddess ✨️ My hair type is typically Scandinavian. Thin hair strands, but many, and just recently bleached, so it was exciting to put the product to the test when I need to take extra care of my hair! The first impression was that it felt like a very small tube! However, I have noticed that the product is very economical! It takes a while to figure out how much you need. Too much gives a stiff, slightly "sticky" feeling in the hair. So better to start with a little and increase the amount instead of risking using too much. The product smells a bit like coconut, I think, but more chemical. Not a favorite scent, but I also don’t think it lingers in the hair after styling. I personally find it easier to distribute styling products in spray form than cream, but this one distributes easier than others I’ve tried, and the hair becomes easy to detangle. However, I find it a bit annoying to work cream into the hair and get hair strands that get stuck between my fingers😅, which I avoid if I use spray. I usually find that my hair dries quickly when I blow-dry it, so I haven’t noticed any direct difference. When I curl my hair, I experience, unlike other reviews I’ve seen, that they stay nice all day and don’t fall as quickly. I blow-dry my hair and do overnight curls. The hair also feels soft and becomes shiny even though I just bleached it. I also don’t need to wash my hair more often than every fourth day like I do now, so that’s a plus! The product is absolutely good, but it doesn’t feel quite like a product I will buy again, as I have my routine with spray conditioner and hair oil and find it a bit annoying to mess with a cream that needs to go into the hair when it’s damp. Smooth BUS Product!
I have had the honor of being a #lykoinflutester to try a self-tanner in the form of a face mist from #rebeccastella ✨️ I am a pretty experienced user of self-tanners, as I like to avoid tanning my face, so it’s always fun to try new products for the perfect fake tan☀️ I only use concealer on a daily basis, so I always feel more awake with a little color. The mist from this spray is somewhat uneven. Sometimes larger drops come out in certain spots, but I think the color still turns out even, and I get a natural tan after just one layer. It’s easy to apply an even layer over the face and décolleté, and it feels like the skin is being moisturized by the mist, and you get a nice glow. I think the mist will last a long time! However, I wish the tone leaned more towards olive, as the color becomes very warm and may look less natural on very light skin. The pictures were taken before and one day later. The mist has a mild coconut scent, but the self-tanner smell still comes through after a while, and I can smell it even after I’ve washed my face. I think it’s hard to get away from that, so it’s not something that brings down the rating. But it’s good to know for those who are sensitive to self-tanner smell. Good peeling, but nothing more than that
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing two products from #olehenriksen ✨️ I have tried other products from Ole Henriksen before, but no exfoliation. This test period was shorter than others, so these are my thoughts after using the product about 6 times. The product is supposed to provide a more even skin texture with the help of both acid and scrub. You should massage the product into damp skin, let it work for a couple of minutes, and then rinse off. The grains are small, but they scrub well, which feels a bit tricky. It's hard to be careful with scrubs on the face and rather stick to exfoliation in the form of acids. Dead skin cells, however, disappear well and leave a nice glow! The skin doesn't feel tight afterward. The exfoliation smells like summer! The consistency is cooling and lovely. The tube contains a lot of product and brightens up the bathroom cabinet with its strong color! For my part, I would have preferred if the product was without grains and fragrance-free to be suitable for all skin types, as I would think it might be a bit too intense for sensitive skin. However, it works fine for my combination skin without irritation when used 3 times a week.
