Still a favorite!
I have had the honor of testing three products from the Acidid bonding series from #lykoinflutester as #redken ✨️ I have several favorites from the brand already. The conditioner I tested is a previous favorite and their pre-shampoo treatment is also fantastic! My hair is probably the perfect candidate. I have fully bleached hair that I haven't cut since December😅 According to the description, the entire acidic bonding series is supposed to work to strengthen the weak bonds in the hair and enhance the hair's resistance when it comes to color treatment and heat styling. Let's take a look at the conditioner: The scent is fresh fruity, hard to place. The product is concentrated, so start with a little and work your way up. The consistency is wonderfully creamy and distributes easily in the hair and brushes through without tugging with a wet brush. This conditioner has been a favorite for a while and continues to be! The hair becomes incredibly soft when rinsed out and has less frizz during heat styling. I really recommend the conditioner to anyone with dry and damaged hair✨️ In combination with the mask I tested, I see and feel a big difference in my hair!1 product in post Still a favorite!330 viewsto leave a comment - 2 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Biotech blowout leave-in restorative hair mask
As a #lykoinflutester, I got the chance to try this exciting leave-in treatment from #goddess ✨️ My hair type is typically Scandinavian. Thin hair strands, but many, and just recently bleached, so it was exciting to put the product to the test when I need to take extra care of my hair! The first impression was that it felt like a very small tube! However, I have noticed that the product is very economical! It takes a while to figure out how much you need. Too much gives a stiff, slightly "sticky" feeling in the hair. So better to start with a little and increase the amount instead of risking using too much. The product smells a bit like coconut, I think, but more chemical. Not a favorite scent, but I also don’t think it lingers in the hair after styling. I personally find it easier to distribute styling products in spray form than cream, but this one distributes easier than others I’ve tried, and the hair becomes easy to detangle. However, I find it a bit annoying to work cream into the hair and get hair strands that get stuck between my fingers😅, which I avoid if I use spray. I usually find that my hair dries quickly when I blow-dry it, so I haven’t noticed any direct difference. When I curl my hair, I experience, unlike other reviews I’ve seen, that they stay nice all day and don’t fall as quickly. I blow-dry my hair and do overnight curls. The hair also feels soft and becomes shiny even though I just bleached it. I also don’t need to wash my hair more often than every fourth day like I do now, so that’s a plus! The product is absolutely good, but it doesn’t feel quite like a product I will buy again, as I have my routine with spray conditioner and hair oil and find it a bit annoying to mess with a cream that needs to go into the hair when it’s damp. But for those with damaged hair who need a boost, it definitely works!1 product in post Biotech blowout leave-in restorative hair mask - 4 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Smooth BUS Product!
I have had the honor of being a #lykoinflutester to try a self-tanner in the form of a face mist from #rebeccastella ✨️ I am a pretty experienced user of self-tanners, as I like to avoid tanning my face, so it’s always fun to try new products for the perfect fake tan☀️ I only use concealer on a daily basis, so I always feel more awake with a little color. The mist from this spray is somewhat uneven. Sometimes larger drops come out in certain spots, but I think the color still turns out even, and I get a natural tan after just one layer. It’s easy to apply an even layer over the face and décolleté, and it feels like the skin is being moisturized by the mist, and you get a nice glow. I think the mist will last a long time! However, I wish the tone leaned more towards olive, as the color becomes very warm and may look less natural on very light skin. The pictures were taken before and one day later. The mist has a mild coconut scent, but the self-tanner smell still comes through after a while, and I can smell it even after I’ve washed my face. I think it’s hard to get away from that, so it’s not something that brings down the rating. But it’s good to know for those who are sensitive to self-tanner smell. I can absolutely see myself continuing to use this as it goes quickly if you want a little color without having to apply with gloves👌 One wish is that they looked over the spray nozzle, so the mist sprays more evenly.1 product in post Smooth BUS Product! - 5 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Good peeling, but nothing more than that
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing two products from #olehenriksen ✨️ I have tried other products from Ole Henriksen before, but no exfoliation. This test period was shorter than others, so these are my thoughts after using the product about 6 times. The product is supposed to provide a more even skin texture with the help of both acid and scrub. You should massage the product into damp skin, let it work for a couple of minutes, and then rinse off. The grains are small, but they scrub well, which feels a bit tricky. It's hard to be careful with scrubs on the face and rather stick to exfoliation in the form of acids. Dead skin cells, however, disappear well and leave a nice glow! The skin doesn't feel tight afterward. The exfoliation smells like summer! The consistency is cooling and lovely. The tube contains a lot of product and brightens up the bathroom cabinet with its strong color! For my part, I would have preferred if the product was without grains and fragrance-free to be suitable for all skin types, as I would think it might be a bit too intense for sensitive skin. However, it works fine for my combination skin without irritation when used 3 times a week. I do have other exfoliating products that I prefer over this one.1 product in post Good peeling, but nothing more than that382 viewsto leave a comment - 5 monthsRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Wonderful!
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing two products from #olehenriksen ✨️ I have tried their lip treatment before (the transparent one) and I really like it! This one sits just as well on the lips. The lips feel hydrated all day even though the color disappears. It doesn't feel sticky either, but more soft and moisturizing, as the product is rich and you don't need much. The color is naturally peach-colored with shimmer that you can't feel, and it smells and tastes fruity. However, I thought the color would be more pink considering the name. I use the transparent one at night and strawberry sorbet during the day. It blends nicely with your own lip color, making it easy to apply on the go! Perfect now that winter is over to help the lips recover from the dry climate👌1 product in post Wonderful!1139 viewsto leave a comment - 7 monthsRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Magical!
As a Lyko influtester, I had the opportunity to test products from Aco, including this face cream! My skin is combination/dry depending on the season. Fine lines, hyperpigmentation, keratosis pilaris on cheeks/jaw. This was the gem during the month's testing period! My skin loves this moisturizer! I use it both day and night. At night, I can complement it with an oil or mask on top for an extra boost, but it works great as it is. I often use it under my eyes instead of eye cream, and it works wonderfully under makeup! The weather has fluctuated a lot this winter, and it shows on my skin. I feel dry, especially around my mouth and nose. It’s a joy to apply this cream on dry winter skin. It really soothes the skin, provides a lot of moisture, and gives a nice glow! I like that it’s fragrance-free. I prefer fragrance-free over scented when it comes to facial products. The packaging may not be the most luxurious in the bathroom cabinet, but the content makes up for it, in my opinion! I also saw that the cream has a very good price, so I recommend it and will buy it again✨️ #lykoinflutester #aco1 product in post Magical!742 viewsto leave a comment - 7 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Too drying for daily use
As a Lyko influtester, I had the opportunity to test products from Aco, including this cleanser! My skin is combination/dry depending on the season. Fine lines, hyperpigmentation, keratosis pilaris on cheeks/jaw. I rarely use a cleanser that foams as I tend towards the drier side. I also notice that this cleanser doesn't quite suit me for daily cleansing. I feel tight in my face if I use it daily. However, I do like to use it a couple of times a week for the exfoliating effect. My skin feels really clean afterwards! I like that the bottle has a pump. One pump is plenty, I think, so the cleanser feels economical. The scent is very mild and I believe it would suit even a sensitive skin type. I suspect it will suit me more as we move towards warmer times, as I get more combination skin than dry✨️ #lykoinflutester #aco1 product in post Too drying for daily use617 views- 7 monthsI also have dry skin and bought this several years ago, it wasn't good for my dry skin either1 likes

Smoother texture!
As a Lyko influtester, I’ve had the opportunity to test products from Aco, including this vitamin C serum! My skin is combination/dry depending on the season. Fine lines, hyperpigmentation, keratosis pilaris on cheeks/jaw. It would be fun to have the chance to test certain products longer than a month. Some skin concerns take longer to notice a difference, but I’ve already noticed a little difference in my skin now! The texture from my keratosis pilaris has become much softer. I don’t have the same bumps that I usually have. However, it’s the hyperpigmentation that I really want to tackle, and I haven’t seen any difference there (yet). But of course, that’s something that can come with time. The serum has a mild citrus scent and absorbs quickly into the skin. I love the glow you get after application! I haven’t experienced any irritation despite using the serum morning and night, but I generally find my skin to be quite tolerant. I also prefer the pump much more than a dropper, so that’s a plus! #lykoinflutester #aco1 product in post Smoother texture!1516 viewsto leave a comment - 7 monthsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Lovely shower oil!
As a Lyko influtester, I had the opportunity to test products from Aco, including this lovely shower oil! My skin on my body is very dry. I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and often get itchy after showering, even though I use gentle products for my body. I am actually impressed with this shower oil! If I forget to moisturize after showering, my legs usually itch terribly, but it’s not nearly as bad with this as with other products I’ve used. However, not completely itch-free😇 The oil has a mild and fresh scent and comes in a perfect packaging with a pump that makes it easy to dose when you’re standing with wet hands in the shower😅 You also get a lot in the bottle! I’ve also pumped a few squirts into the bathwater, and that has also made my skin feel less dry. I can absolutely see myself buying it again✨️ #lykoinflutester #aco1 product in post Lovely shower oil!404 viewsto leave a comment - 10 monthsRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my dry skin
I had the opportunity to test three skincare products from By Lyko's own collection. Never tried skincare from By Lyko before, so it was an exciting task! A bit about my skin type: Combination skin in the summer, very dry the rest of the year Hyperpigmentation Perioral dermatitis that flares up occasionally During the testing period, I only used these products in combination with a moisturizer/SPF. This review is for Pure porefection 2% BHA toner. Of the three products I tested, this is the one that suits me the least. I can't use it daily, as it makes my skin too dry. About 2 times a week has worked well. I also don't have any issues with clogged pores, so I don't feel the toner got a fair chance with me, as I simply feel it doesn't suit my skin type. However, I can see that other skin types would like this! I still feel that it preps the skin for the following products and experience a mild exfoliating effect, which is probably what made my skin dry when I used it daily. I like the bottle that doesn't spill too much product, so it's easy to get the right amount. The bottle will last a long time and has a really good price! #lykoinflutester #lyko1 product in post Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my dry skin440 viewsto leave a comment
