Usage:
You can apply it either dry or wet. For dry application: Grab your favorite eyeshadow brush to pick up your chosen shade. Tap off any excess color on the back of your hand before applying it to your eyelid. For wet application: Dip a synthetic eyeshadow brush in water and shake off any excess liquid, then pick up your chosen shade. Keep the brush flat and swipe it across the pan 2-3 times to load up on color. Desaturate on the back of your hand and then apply it to your eyelid.
