Where are the pigments? I haven't had good experiences with such pencils before, but I took a chance, that was dumb. Use:
To draw an eyeliner wing, start on the eyelid's middle and draw an even line along the lash line towards the corner of the eye. Extend the line a little bit beyond the corner or the eye or upwards depending on the shape of the wing you want. Then draw a line from the inner eye, so the two lines meet.
