Use:
M-A-CSTACK MASCARA / MINI M-A-C
-Press the brush into lashes close to roots and shimmy brush through from roots to tips.

PREP + PRIME LIP
-Apply a thin coating over entire lip area and over lip edges.
-Follow with lip colour.
-If desired, line lips.
