    Prep + Prime Lip Base

    Best lip primer I have ever tested. Doesn't dry out and doesn't get shiny either, but does its job, i.e., keeps the lipstick and lip liner (the most important detail) in place. Prevents anything from smudging and makes the lipstick last long. I do notice that the lipstick lasts different lengths of time depending on which brand it is, which is not strange at all.

    I bought this again after years and it was just as good as I remembered. The new packaging is definitely better than the old one! The downside here is the price - you can get an equally good or even better setting spray for cheaper.
