    Doesn't do anything for fine brows.

    Doesn't work at all for my fine brows. Doesn't do anything, and doesn't get the fine hairs in line. The brush is also really big, so maybe the problem is that. Might work better on thicker brows.

    Pretty watery

    Hard to describe. It's pretty watery which doesn't do much for me. If you want to shape your brows and get a "brow lift look", you should look elsewhere.
