    I always have problems with my makeup breaking up and getting cakey, but this setting spray is probably the craziest thing I've ever tried. It looks EXACTLY the same the WHOLE day. Not patchy or cakey anywhere and I don't get any creasing either, which I always do. Urban Decay and everything else can throw themselves at the wall😍😍😍

    What is this?

    Naaah, not my thing. I had expected great support after various good reviews on different sites, so I thought I’d give it a try. Not only did I get a shower, but it was very wet for a while after spraying, so I had to help out by drying a bit. I’ve tested it as a base after primer and of course after makeup. The makeup stays - yes, but there’s something in the spray that makes it feel heavy (?) on the face. The pictures don’t do the moisture justice, it was SOAKED after one spray. I like a lot of other things from NYX, but unfortunately, this one doesn’t make the cut.

      Hey Claudia Amanda 🌞 Thank you for your honest review! The Face Glue is really made for super strong hold, but it can get a bit wet if you use too much. To get a lighter feel, it can be good to shake the bottle well and spray from a distance, so you get an even mist. If you want something that feels lighter and dries more matte, the Matte Finish spray might be a better alternative 🥰 All the best!

    Even and nice.

    I tested the NYX Professional Makeup The Face Glue Setting Spray and I really like how the makeup feels 'in place'. It lasts a long time and gives a nice and even finish. It really makes everything blend together beautifully. For me, it's important that a setting spray feels light and that you can barely feel it on the skin, and I am quite picky about that. But this one still does a really good job and provides a long-lasting result. As others have mentioned, shake and hold at a distance so it applies easily!     Best setting spray

    Keeps makeup in place all day. You have to remember to hold the bottle a good distance from your face as a lot comes out at once. Gives a light feel and a long-lasting result.     Great setting spray

    Super great setting spray that keeps makeup on all day. Works well for me as I don't like glow but want a more matte look.     Less is more!

    As a final step in my makeup routine, I have used The Face Glue Setting Spray. It is easy to apply; just shake and spray from an arm's length away. The spray settles like a feather-light mist over the face and really helps to "lock in" the products. I notice a big difference in longevity, especially in the T-zone where makeup tends to break down after a few hours. It doesn't feel tight on the skin but rather gives a fixed yet movable feeling.     Hard Spray

    No no no, this is not going to be a favorite. I had to shake it incredibly much and for a long time to get the product off the sides on the inside. Then when applying, the product sprayed out with a hard stream. No mist at all. Additionally, white spots are left where the stream hits.     Sits like a rock

    I had high expectations for this setting spray, and it lived up to them! The makeup sits like a rock all day, and the result is incredibly beautiful!     So pretty!!

    This setting spray really does its job! It's easy to apply and gives a nice, even mist over the face without feeling wet or heavy. Once it dries, the makeup feels more "locked" in place and stays nice throughout the day. I find that it reduces the risk of the makeup melting away or becoming shiny. The finish is natural and not too matte or too glowy. A really great finish to the makeup routine that helps everything last longer.

    Increased durability, matte finish

    The first thing I noticed was that it really needs to be shaken well before use, otherwise the result is not good at all. Once you do that, it works really well. I find that my makeup lasts longer and stays more in place throughout the day, which is exactly what I want from a setting spray. The finish is a bit more matte than I personally prefer, I usually like a bit more glow. But it's not a big downside since the durability actually gets better.
