    Moisturizing and exfoliating?!

    I bought these from you on Lyko and I wonder if the pads are supposed to be completely dry? It gives zero moisture since all the pads are super dry.. what to do? Is the product supposed to be like this or not?

      Hey Petra! 😃👋🏻 Thanks for sharing 🤍 The pads shouldn't be completely dry – they are meant to be lightly moistened with product to provide both exfoliation and care in one step. If the pads feel dry, it may indicate that the liquid hasn't been evenly distributed in the jar. One tip is to carefully turn the jar upside down once before use so that the contents are better distributed among the pads ✨ If that doesn't help and the pads still feel dry, it's of course fine to register a complaint via My Pages, and we'll take a closer look at it 💛 Have a great day! 🤗
