Protecting Lotion Outdoor is a nourishing anti-age cream for both face and body. Beneficial Jojoba Oil, moisturising Aloe Vera and protective Titanium Dioxide provide a natural sunscreen that nourishes and protects the skin outdoors, whether it is sunny, cold or windy. Applying extra layers of Protecting Lotion Outdoor will provide an even better sunscreen.
Titanium Dioxide is the best sunscreen for sun protection products, even for children. It is the substance recommended by dermatologists and we have been using it since 1996. Titanium Dioxide is a mineral that is not absorbed by the body. It stays on the skin’s surface, where it reflects the sun’s rays. Titanium Dioxide does not hide the skin’s warning signals, such as redness from being in the sun for too long.
Our Aloe Vera is 98.5% pure Aloe Vera Barbadensis, which is considered to be the most effective of all types of aloe. Aloe Vera Barbadensis contains an abundance of active substances, minerals, amino acids and vitamins. Our supplier has been approved by IASC (International Aloe Science Council), which guarantees an active Aloe Vera of the highest quality.
Jojoba Oil has a unique blend of fatty acids which are quickly absorbed by the skin, locking moisture in, strengthening the protective barrier and leaving the skin soft as velvet.
We use plant-based oils instead of mineral oils, such as vaseline, paraffin and petroleum, which can be found in most other skincare products. Mineral oil dehydrates the skin and provides no vitamins. While plant-based oils are more expensive, they nourish and protect the skin. It might take a few weeks to wean the skin off mineral oil; the amount of time needed depends on how long and how much you have been using it.
The product contains natural self preservatives.
Use:
Distribute Protecting Lotion Outdoor in your hands and apply to the skin. For even better protection, apply extra layers of Protecting Lotion Outdoor, and/or combine it with Sun Lotion SPF 20 or Sun Protecting Oil SPF 15.
For additional moisture and nutrients, use a serum and/or day cream underneath Protecting Lotion Outdoor. NB! This does not include Serum C, which must only be used at night.
