The tray has a handle that comfortably fits over the hand so you can hold it steady while gently rubbing the Brush Soap soaked brushes clean against the tray. Use the cross zone in the middle for lip, eyeshadow or other smaller brushes, the larger dots for large brushes such as powder brushes and the smaller dots for medium sized brushes.
