Soothing K-beauty with multi-effect 💦
Do you need an addition to your routine without the feeling of too much product on the skin or risk of pilling? Maybe you, like me, have oily/combination skin with sensitivity? Then this essence (a mix of toner and serum) is PERFECT👌🏻 With only 3 ingredients (focus on Centella Asiatica Extract 🍀) it provides moisture, acts antibacterial, "well-aging" and soothes redness. Completely fragrance-free and non-comedogenic! I pat in "a splash" morning and evening before serum (after toner if desired). Its opposite in texture, which many have probably tried, is Dr. Ceuracle Kombucha Essence which is more nourishing and milky. I like that it’s a light plastic bottle (so cute 🧸 but no, it’s not a child product) and 100ml lasts longer than you think! Easy to splash a little in the hand. Sure, I would have preferred a flip cap if I’m going to "complain" about something, but the cap is easy to open and close. This is heaven in a bottle, with soothing, simple ingredients. But it comes at a price, while i do think it's an amazing product it has some downsides. It leaves a bit of an oily sort of feeling on the skin, not anything too bad, but it makes it harder to layer as it does not play well with a lot of other products. It struggles a lot with acids, mostly TO and some other serums as well, so fitting this into your routine can be a bit of a struggle. When it comes to calming and soothing effects on the skin, this is truly excellent. It has a light, watery texture that quickly sinks into the skin, incredibly calming. I do find it quite hydrating as well as very pleasant to use. The formula is simple and extremely gentle. + soothing + gentle + reduces reddness + hydrating + light texture + absorbs well - struggles with other products1151 views
