Amazing soothing spray!
It has helped so many customers over the years (and me too), so I feel like I have to make a little post about it! Great for pimples, irritation, redness, and skin that easily gets out of balance – a favorite for perioral dermatitis, rosacea, and acne 👌🏻 Simple packaging with a good spray function. Contains hyaluronic acid, which is also naturally found in the body. Has a slight chlorine scent, so hold your breath for a moment. 👉🏻 If it no longer smells, the effect has probably diminished as it doesn’t have a long shelf life (6 months after opening). I have experienced combination skin with a tolerant oily T-zone and dry sensitive cheeks prone to rosacea for reference. I started using it several years ago – every other evening at first and now both morning and evening – it always gives a calming effect for me. Besides the usual routine after cleansing, it can also be used after shaving, training, or on the pillow. I also clean my LED mask with it 🎭. Sunscreen - important info? ☀️
Yes, I know, we’re repeating ourselves, but it’s important! And yes, UV rays reach us all year round even if the sun doesn’t feel strong. UVB are the rays that burn us and are stronger during spring and summer, while UVA, which ages our skin, is always there and even penetrates through windows. How much sunscreen should you use? More than you think! I usually draw lines of product over the different parts of the face and then massage it in. And reapplying is important, especially if you’ve been sweating or swimming, but the protection still decreases gradually during the day due to things like touching, sebum, and friction. This year I’ve seen the tip to reapply over makeup using a powder puff! Otherwise, sticks are a good tip that are easy to carry, especially for oilier skin or the new mineral one without fragrance and denatured alcohol, which many with drier skin like. Which sunscreens are good? Yes, Evy Kids SPF 50 stands out among all I’ve tried (especially the blue ones 💙 which are “very water resistant”) and also have long shelf life in the packaging even after opening. But also Korean brands like Missha and Dr. Jart+ have lighter textures that sit well on the skin. Inspiration from lovely ElliR 💜 I've only used a few times but I already LOVE it! Many matte foundations get too matte and kind of show on the skin – they settle into my pores and lines instead of hiding them. has been with me for many years since I worked at Diva in Gbg (salon) – we worked with Dermalogica and when the distributor brought in JI it became a sure thing! And this lip pencil is 'top of the line' 👌🏻 – it gives such a nice nude color. I've used since the day it came out. There are hardly any similar sprays that are both free from perfume and denatured alcohol. (Iduns/Isadoras matte are a few exceptions 👏🏻). Nice, active everyday treatment 💜
I have been using Phyto Nature E² for about 4 weeks, and my impression is that this is a very pleasant but also potent treatment. The skin generally feels calm and balanced, but I have noticed that it can become a bit too active on more sensitive areas. For me, it therefore works better once a day or every other day, rather than morning and evening. I have experienced combination skin with sensitive dry cheeks and a oilier T-zone. The formula is based on exosomes, which act as tiny messengers that help cells communicate better with each other and support the skin’s own renewal processes, combined with enzyme-based exfoliation that gently dissolves dead skin cells on the surface ✨ The consistency is very light and absorbs quickly without tendency to pill. It’s easy to incorporate into the routine after cleansing and toner – works well with both serums, creams (preferably Phyto Natur which is my favorite!) and UV protection afterwards. Be careful if you use other exfoliating products. Light scent of plants 🌱 I can’t say I’ve seen a very clear smoothing of specific lines, but the skin feels fresh, with a nice glow and still a more even texture overall (see before and after photos). It may be that since I’ve been using the cream for a long time, the effect of E² is not as noticeable but still a difference 🙏 In summary: an effective and well-thought-out leave-on treatment that gives nice results over time, but for sensitive skin works best with "moderate" use. A very viral mask – a must-try! I tested it on a calm evening and let it work for about 2.5 hours, which was perfect for me as I have an oily T-zone with sensitive, dry cheeks that tend to rosacea. I felt a slight tingling sensation on my chin towards the “end” (yes, it’s sensitive sometimes too) – which is my warning sign, as I previously almost got perioral dermatitis from another (more active) mask. So ➡️ trust your skin, and don’t start sleeping with it, that’s my most important tip! This mask gives a lot of moisture – like after a facial treatment 💆 Ultra low molecular collagen – skin plump deluxe! Galactomyces & probiotics – soothe and strengthen the barrier. Niacinamide – for glow and smoothing. The mask feels cool and gentle on the skin and slowly dries to a transparent film. However, it leaves some traces in the form of lines, which probably has to do with age, 47 years 🙊, but they gradually disappeared (not something that suits me right before the graduation party I’m soon attending 🎉). Great that it’s free from perfume and denatured alcohol but also not too active – so even sensitive skin can dare to try! Those of you who have seen my previous posts (feel free to follow me!) know that I am completely sold on the Spanish Niche Beauty Lab 🧪 – and this is the reason, the "culprit," the cause… THE REASON! This product is worth its weight in gold for my dry, sensitive cheeks that easily flare up with rosacea – and that many times can't handle active ingredients like acids without a serious flare-up afterward. But this one? WOW! I started carefully (a few nights a week on cleansed and dry skin) but now use it both morning and night ➡ it has NOT caused me any irritation at all! It works against premature skin aging and really reduces both redness and those small red bumps that can appear when the skin is out of balance – like after a full day at a soccer tournament wearing a cap instead of the sun hat I should have had 👒🙈 The texture is very light, and if you need more moisture, it's fine to layer a pure hydrating serum on top. I use it right after toner/essence – with cream and/or UV protection on top. Tip for extra sensitive skin: mix it with your cream at first! Azid is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and combines active ingredients – 15% azelaic acid with soothing colloidal oats and barrier-strengthening ceramides – a really nice balance that makes it both gentle and effective 💥 It really feels like a treatment for the skin – but for everyday use! Prep for Mother's Day 🌸
Feels so good to have dyed the roots – yes, my hair has long shown its own initiative in color choice, but I'm not quite on board yet 🙈 However, I'm no longer stressed about it and feel totally okay showing it too. It just feels so much better when it's colored! I've found a brand without perfume or sharp scent – which I can't tolerate anymore 🙏 I usually mix two colors: 4 and 5.12 (15g of each – yes, I have a scale, as precise as I am ☺️). The tubes are 60g and come with two dropper bottles with hydrogen. Each tube is enough for two colorings, which is great! Easy to apply and easy to rinse out. I let the roots process for 25 minutes and then apply the rest of the hair for 10 minutes. I almost always wash with the Swedish Hjärtligt HS, perfume- and scent-free line 💕 I’m also adding a few more tips here for those interested (I’m going to try more of Neccin’s perfume-free products myself – their dry shampoo is insanely good, on par with my favorite from Idun, which is a must for me since I have such an oily scalp). The color fades gradually on me, so there’s no harsh line – which is appreciated. Can’t say it covers completely, but it makes the hair feel more alive! My favorite color for many years – and maybe because it’s Mother’s Day – I actually got a mumbling comment from Charlie 👦🏼: "It’s brown…" It might sound strange, but he always thinks it’s black! 🙈 So I asked: "Is it better with black like this?" (and pointed at my pants). Not everyone may know this Spanish company yet, but I want to change that! With their affordable and effective products, they have improved both the feel and texture of my skin. The first products I was introduced to – quite a while ago, partly through a customer (but they are also big on social media) – were some of their boosters: Azid ❤️ contains one of my favorite acids, azelaic acid, which is great for redness, uneven skin tone, blemishes, and even lines.
