Whirl is a stunning, vivid fuchsia punch that melts straight into the skin, actively blurring out my pores instead of clinging to them. I tap a fluffy brush into the pan very lightly and dust it across my cheeks for a gorgeous, non-powdery satin finish that lasts all day.
