How does Neutriherbs Derma Roller PRO 0.3mm work?

The roller has two key purposes: First, it simulates a minor injury, prompting your body to kickstart a natural healing process, which boosts collagen and elastin production and creates new skin. Second, it opens up microchannels in the skin, making it more receptive to post-treatment products. We’ve chosen to provide our customers with 0.3mm needles because we believe it’s a safe length for the entire face (except eyelids) and our goal with Neutriherbs Derma Roller is to maximize serum absorption. Microneedling is a scientifically proven method.

How do I treat my skin the best way?

Using tiny needles on your skin might sound a bit scary, but it doesn’t hurt. The sensation is a light prickling – and in some areas – a bit ticklish. Afterwards, it might feel like you’ve been out in the sun a little too long, with your skin turning slightly rosy and red, which is totally normal.

Only roll on healthy skin, meaning not on open wounds, pimples, or inflamed areas, as these bacteria can spread.

Since your skin is extra receptive and can become rosy, it’s best to roll in the evening. This way, your skin has time to recover before facing sunlight or being covered with creams and makeup.

0.3mm is suitable for everyone and is a great length to start with. It’s perfect for those with sensitive and thin skin who want to achieve a radiant and bouncy complexion.

Just like tweezers, scissors, or razors get dull over time, your skin roller should also be replaced occasionally. It’s super important to always have sharp needles, so you should replace your skin roller after about 2 months of regular use.

So how do I get that GLOW?

HYGIENE IS KEY
Always clean the roller thoroughly and disinfect it. Your skin should also be clean and dry. After use, rinse the tool and disinfect it again. We recommend using chlorhexidine solution, alcohol, or colloidal silver.

ROLL IT RIGHT
Roll back and forth with even, light pressure in all directions. If it’s your first time, start gently and don’t press too hard. You can increase the pressure as you get comfortable. Avoid eyelids & lips.
The entire treatment should take about two to five minutes and should be done every five to seven days.
Store the roller back in its container, clean and disinfected.

When should you NOT use a Dermaroller or any microneedling treatment?

If you have used Roaccutane (isotretinoin) in the last 6 months
If you have open wounds, cuts, or scrapes on your skin
If you’ve had radiation treatment on your skin in the past year
If you have any form of skin infection, herpes, or acne in the area to be treated, as it can worsen and spread
If you have previously had keloids or hypertrophic scars (raised scars), or have poor wound healing. Also, do not use it to treat this type of scarring.
