I've been using NIVEA Cleansing Double Effect Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover for several years, and I always come back to this one. It works really well and effectively! I always use waterproof mascara and have tried several different makeup removers, but this one is clearly the best! It takes everything off without me having to rub. I just hold a cotton pad on my eye for a few seconds, and the makeup disappears easily.
