Use:
The product is for adults only. In case of pregnancy, lactation or medical condition, consult with a doctor before ingestion. Mix 1 ironed teaspoon of powder in at least 2.4 dl cold water or other clear liquid. Slowly add the powder, stirring constantly. Take once daily with meals. Pure magnesium citrate powder can increase the temperature of the liquid on contact. Therefore, the recommended dosage must be mixed in at least 2.4 dl. liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
