To get a better result with a felt-tip lip liner, it might be good to start with clean, dry lips and maybe exfoliate a bit if you have flakes 💛✨ If you want more glide, a creamier lip pencil as a base can help! It requires a very steady hand to get it even and nice, and it’s not very forgiving when mistakes happen because it stays on so well. The fact that it stays on well is of course a positive, and for someone who gets it more right immediately, it’s probably a great product!
