    Wrong with the shampoo?

    I have fine/thin hair but this dried my hair out, feels like I washed it in dish soap, the whole hair became like a tangled mess, so much that it was hard to get to the scalp and shampoo, the whole hair felt like a knot when it was time for conditioner, could there be something wrong with the contents of the bottle?
