Name changed?
Hi! It says that this product is discontinued, and I wonder if this product has changed its name? Or is it completely out of the assortment? Thanks in advance!58 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHello Katrine! 👋😊 I have looked into it more closely and unfortunately the product has been discontinued. At the moment there is no direct replacement, but I hope something similar will come in the future 🙌🩷 All the best!1 likes

What do you recommend instead?
The product has been discontinued, what do you recommend instead? Is there something equivalent from Olaplex?103 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 1 monthHi Lisa! 👋🏼😊 Since Olaplex No.8 has been discontinued, you can instead choose one of these from Olaplex as an equivalent alternative 🤍 For fine/thin hair 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/olaplex/olaplex-weightless-nourishing-mask-200-ml It provides light but effective hydration and strengthens the hair without weighing it down, perfect if you want to maintain volume and a light result ✨ For coarser or very dry hair 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/olaplex/olaplex-rich-hydration-mask-200-ml This one is more intense and provides deeper moisture, softness, and control to drier lengths. Both are good replacements for No.8, and the choice mostly depends on how much moisture and weight your hair needs. Have a nice day 🤩

question
Should you use conditioner after this?79 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 1 monthHi Martine! 👋🏼😊 After Olaplex No.8, you can use conditioner if you feel your hair needs it, but it’s not necessary 🤍 If your hair feels soft, shiny, and easy to comb afterwards, you can skip the conditioner. If your hair feels a bit rough or needs extra softness in the lengths, you can finish with conditioner 🤗 Have a nice day ☀️

Extensions
Is this suitable for hair extensions?81 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHi there Bluejoy! 👋🏽 It’s fine to use this once in a while on hair extensions, but avoid applying it near the bonds 😊 It contains plenty of nourishing ingredients like oils, humectants, and emollients, which is great because extensions need extra moisture and nourishment. I also want to mention that it contains silicones, which isn’t a problem in itself, but they can build up a film on your hair over time. That’s why it can be good to switch things up with lighter moisturizing products every now and then. 👍🏽 It’s great as a nourishing product and for extra softness and shine, but not the product for day to day use. I highly recommend Ida Warg leave-in conditioner. It works great for extensions and is super lightweight which is perfect for daily moisturizing the lengths. lyko.com/sv/ida-warg/ida-warg-leave-in-conditioner-150ml Have a wonderful day! 🌞

Restock
When will you have it in stock again?176 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 2 monthsHi Matilda, I can see that this has been discontinued and will therefore not be restocked. But I have some other good tips that I link below 👌🏼 If you have fine hair: lyko.com/sv/olaplex/olaplex-weightless-nourishing-mask-200-ml If you have coarse hair: lyko.com/sv/olaplex/olaplex-rich-hydration-mask-200-ml Have a nice day! 💌

The best moisturizing mask on the market
I would claim that this mask is the absolute best for moisture that exists on the market. You notice an immediate difference, one wash is enough. I personally have Nordic striped hair that is bleached, and my hair looks so fresh and undamaged after using this. I hope they never stop producing this, but I find that it is harder to get now.. Crossing my fingers that it doesn't disappear. Highly recommended! #olaplex #konkurranse209 views - The post was made 5 months

No. 6 or No. 8
What is the difference between Olaplex 6 and 8? And which one should I use after showering before styling if I want more shine, softer hair, and is best for dry and bleached hair?1181 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 7 monthsHi😊 The difference is that Olaplex No.6 is a leave-in cream that nourishes, reduces frizz, and protects against heat – it should not be rinsed out. Olaplex No.8, on the other hand, is an intensive hair treatment that provides moisture, shine, and repair, and it is rinsed out after use. Have a nice day❤

Why?
Hi! It says to apply this from the middle of the hair, why not from the roots and the whole hair?2418 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 9 monthsHey Anna! 👋 The reason this hair mask should be applied to the lengths of the hair is because: 🌸the mask contains richer, moisturizing ingredients (e.g. oils and humectants). At the roots, it can make the hair flat, greasy, or heavy. 🌸the need is in the lengths – The roots are "new" hair and often healthy, while the lengths and ends have been exposed to heat, styling, and coloring → they need the most care. Take care! 💗1 likes
