    Great product

I have been using this powder for several months and am very satisfied with it. I prefer to use it in the shower after cleansing my skin normally. Then I take the powder directly into a damp hand, gently rub my hands together before applying it to my face. It’s an art to get the right consistency at first, but it becomes completely natural over time. This way, the grains still remain a little present, not completely gone, which is how I like it. You can also massage a bit more in your hands if you don’t want that. You need very little at a time, so you have to pour the product out carefully to avoid wasting it. I apply the scrub for about a minute before rinsing, and then my skin is silky soft. I focus on the T-zone and notice a big effect there when I use it regularly. The skin becomes completely smooth, not tight, dead skin is gone, and you get a nice glow. A bit pricey, but it’s worth it. Since I use other active ingredients in my skincare routine, I stick to 2-3 times a week, and that’s perfect for me. The scrub is very mild and can basically be used daily even by those with sensitive skin. It also works well if you have discoloration from previous pimples on your face, I find that it has a brightening effect after about 1-2 weeks of regular use. If you like Sensai's silk purifying powder, you will also like this one. I like both a lot and will probably switch between them, as they are equally good and in the same price range. #lykoinflutester #dermalogica

    Very good day cream

I must admit that I am actually one of those who prefers day cream and sunscreen separately to ensure that I get good enough protection. Now that it’s winter, such a product is still quite practical, as I’ve noticed that I often skip sunscreen and choose skin cream instead - and one should use sunscreen all year round :) I have a very good impression of the cream. It applies nicely to the skin without whitecast, doesn’t smell too much, and absorbs relatively quickly, but not completely. The skin is still a bit sticky a couple of minutes later, which I personally like, as it gives a nice glow and a good base for makeup to sit better throughout the day. Good ingredients and I can tell that my skin likes this. 1-2 pumps on the face is enough. Good multiproduct. A bit expensive for just a sunscreen, but one must take into account that this is also an active day cream. Then the price is quite reasonable. A small but here it is; the product contains several fragrance substances and may be irritating if you have sensitive skin, including limonene, which many may react to. There are also several oils, including clove oil.. Chemical sunscreen (Avobenzone + Octinoxate) - may be irritating if you have a weakened skin barrier after retinol, for example. So take another look at the ingredients if you are sensitive or acne-prone. My combination skin has not reacted :) #lykoinflutester #dermalogica

    Overpriced

I was initially very positive about this product as I am a big fan of oils in the evening during winter. Unfortunately, I have to say that I am quite disappointed.. The container is a bit hard to understand and the pipette inside picks up very little. You get the feeling that the container has very little product, which is annoying when you need to use 4-6 drops for the whole face per use. I actually think 6 drops were still quite little to be able to massage, which is what you are supposed to do. I did like the oil itself, it doesn’t smell bad in my opinion and gives a somewhat luxurious feeling. It moisturizes well and gave me a nice glow, both right after application and the morning after. My skin liked it (I have combination skin), but I didn’t see any exceptional effect beyond moisture. My conclusion is that it is a perfectly okay facial oil, but when you take into account how little it lasts along with the price, I can’t help but give it a bad score. When I received the product, I thought it probably cost around 700-800, even that is at the top end in my opinion for a facial oil… Maybe I’m using the product completely wrong, but I probably won’t buy this myself when it’s empty. #lykoinflutester #dermalogica

Hi Helene❤️ Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thorough and honest review 💛 It is very helpful for both us and other customers. We completely understand that you feel disappointed when the packaging is impractical, the dropper doesn’t pick up enough product, and you’re left with the feeling that the content is little – especially when you need several drops per use. It’s entirely understandable that this affects the overall experience, particularly considering the price. So nice to hear that the oil itself provided good moisture, a nice glow, and was well received by your skin, but we also see that it didn’t feel like a product that offered anything beyond what you expect from a facial oil in this price range. We really appreciate you sharing both the positive and what didn’t work for you – such feedback truly helps us move forward 🙏💛

    Not for me

I have tried this product a couple of times now and it’s just not for me. I have normal/fine, bleached Nordic hair and can’t have too heavy products in my hair. Even though I only took a small pea of this in the lengths, it laid on the hair strands like a coating, so it felt dirty and heavy. My hair is healthy and well-hydrated during the day, so maybe this just isn’t what my hair needs right now. I will test it again in the fall when my hair is in a slightly different «condition» to see if it makes a difference, but for me, for now, it’s a real miss. #lykoinflutester #goddess

    Unsure

After testing the product a couple of times, I think it works best for glow, not tan. I should mention that I am quite tanned at this time of year, so this product may be better suited for those with lighter skin tones. I have tested applying it to my skin without any skincare on, as well as with skincare products, and also over makeup. Of all three mentioned, it was only completely without products on the skin where I saw a slight difference. I think it gave a nice glow, but that was really it. It also seems to lean towards orange/golden in tone, so it might be good to keep that in mind. I like the design of the bottle and that the product comes out in a mist that spreads very nicely. I also like the scent of coconut, even though some others might think it's too much. It obviously also smells like self-tanner. 100ml and very budget-friendly too, I think. Because it didn't have such a big effect on my skin, it unfortunately didn't become a new favorite. I will continue to test it a bit moving forward when I get a little lighter in skin tone, so maybe that will change. But as I said - it gives a nice glow and makes the tan I have from before look fresher and more hydrated, so definitely not a bad product. #lykoinflutester #rebeccastella

    Multifunctional product I didn't know I needed

This product should be a must-have at home, plain and simple. I wasn't very familiar with this active ingredient and thought it wasn't anything to write home about, to put it that way… BUT I am very positively surprised. I have used the spray on piercings, sunburned skin, after shaving to avoid irritation, and on my face after working out, and I really like it for all these purposes. I experience virtually no irritation after shaving with this, and my sunburned skin was significantly better the day after I used the spray. I have also started using it in the morning after washing my face, as I only use water to wash my face in the morning. I really like that it is not scented. It can apparently be used for much more, so I am excited to see how it will work on my face after a facial treatment or on acne-prone skin. I also have a cat with dry paws that will get a couple of rounds with this. Maybe it's good for mosquito bites too? It will be exciting to test it out in the summer. Definitely a product I will buy again. #lykoinflutester #MARIOBADESCU

    Midtree

I have tested this toner for a while as a #lykoinflutester and I'm not completely convinced, while I like the product more than I thought I would. The toner is a bit thicker in consistency than I'm used to, and smells a bit strong. Still, I find that it provides surprisingly good moisture. I tested it while I was abroad and in the sun every day. I found it very pleasant on my skin in the evening, especially if it had been kept a bit cool (but maybe that's not advisable regarding shelf life?) All in all, I think the product moisturizes well and is a good addition to my routine, but I don't feel like I need it. The bottle is large and very reasonably priced, so it doesn't hurt to try. I find it mild despite it also being exfoliating. I don't know if it has given me much glow, but it definitely provides moisture. #MARIOBADESCU

Why aren't more people talking about this??

I've been trying this lip mask for a while now as a Lyko tester and I'm very positively surprised. I have to be honest and admit that this brand hasn't been a favorite of mine in the past, so my expectations were accordingly. This mask is absolutely lovely, both as an overnight mask and as a lip balm throughout the day. It moisturizes well and the consistency is just lovely - easy to apply and not sticky. It smells and tastes very good, but not strong. Since it is quite light, you might find that it doesn't last as long as stickier variants, but I actually think that's perfectly fine. I've been using this every day and night since I got it and haven't found that I've become dependent on it, as can be the case with many other masks (for example, Laneige for me). Very cost-effective product, as it is economical to use and the jar is quite large. The only thing I could possibly criticize is the boring design and that it's a jar (not very hygienic), but all in all, a fantastic product that I will buy again in the future. Highly recommended!! #MARIOBADESCU

    What happened

I liked Estrid before, but after they changed the blades, I experience the blade falling off several times during shaving, as well as getting bumps and irritated skin. The soap on the blade is simply not good, and it also makes it so you can't shave all the way down to the skin. You have to go over the same spot several times, and even then it's not certain that everything has been taken off, despite the brand new blade. Having to put the blade back on several times during shaving has also caused me to cut myself several times and get razor cuts on my fingers - it's not pleasant! Soap-slick razor blades are not easy to handle… I do not recommend this anymore at all. It is also impossible to hang on the wall in the shower. I give it two stars for the cute design, but that's it. If anyone has something to recommend, please feel free to share! So far, it's disposable razors from Gilette that give me the best results.

    Good Cleanser

I have combination skin and have now tested the product every night for about 3 weeks. First, I tried to use the cleanser as both a makeup remover and a cleanser, but I didn't think that worked particularly well. The makeup still held up quite well after one round with the cleanser, and even after round 2, I felt like something was still left behind. I then switched to using a makeup remover/oil cleanser as step 1 and this cleanser as step 2, which worked much better. Everything disappears, and my skin felt very clean, without being too tight. All in all, a decent cleanser, but it doesn't hold up as a makeup remover for me. I prefer to double cleanse anyway, so for me, it doesn't have much to say, but it doesn't deliver on that point. I'm also not a fan of using exfoliating products in the eye area, as it can make the lashes more fragile in the long run (good to keep in mind). Considering the price, I didn't find this to be a very impressive product, unfortunately. There are so many good alternatives on the market that do a better job, especially for me who can handle slightly stronger ingredients. I will use it up, but probably won't buy it again. However, if you have sensitive skin and want an exfoliating cleanser, I would think this is one of the better products on the market. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #PLYSKIN
