What has happened here?
The brush came in protective plastic, as always, but the handle is covered in some light/gray goo?? The brush part is made of a smooth material, unlike my previous brushes of the same model, but the handle made of silicone or similar material is either aging or exposed to some substance - the handle is indeed a bit sticky and an unusual color. Could it be an old batch that they are trying to get rid of cheaply, and the products are no longer in good condition?
