Use:
Add a tablespoon of Pedicare Fotbad in warm water (about 38 degrees) and let your feet rest in the water for 10-15 minutes. Use double the amount of Fotbad if you have a hardening problem. Then file the foot, preferably when the foot is wet. Feel free to complete with a nice foot cream, for example Pedicare Instensitvt Vårdande Fotkräm 24 hours.
