Usage: Gently squeeze excess water from your hair after shampooing. Then, apply the conditioner through the lengths and into the ends. Let it sit for about 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly.

If you have hair extensions, avoid applying conditioner or other heavy products at the attachment points.
