Puhdistamo’s Electrolyte Powder is a sugar-free, comprehensive and delicious electrolyte drink that helps you maintain the balance of electrolytes required by your body. In addition to key electrolytes, it contains Guérande sea salt, vitamin C and methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®).

Ideal for additional fluid intake when exercising, going to sauna, or on a hot summer day whenever you sweat. Our Electrolyte Powder is also ideal for the increased need for electrolytes caused by ketogenic diets. One dose contains only 0.1 g of carbohydrate. A vegan product.

Use:
One teaspoon (5 g per 5 ml) 1-4 times a day mixed with water (3-7 dl). The product is suitable for hydration, for example, when playing sports, going to the sauna, on a hot summer day or whenever we sweat. Electrolyte powder is also perfect for supporting the increased need for electrolytes in the ketogenic diet.
