Ingredients
Pureness MCT oil 250 ml is a high quality fractionated coconut oil with medium length fatty acids. The name MCT comes from Medium Chain Triglycerides. MCTs are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and coconut MCT oil is popular in LCHF. Feel free to take a teaspoon in your coffee in the morning!
Our MCT oil contains 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10). It is tasteless, odourless and colourless and is therefore very useful in cooking. It can be heated, but is not recommended for frying.
Use:
Use 1 tsp - 1 tbsp in liquid or on salad as a dressing.
