Love it!
My skin has been so sensitive lately, and I’ve really had trouble finding a gentle cream without a lot of unnecessary stuff. I’m also sensitive to niacinamide, and companies love to put that in just about everything now, so I was so happy when I found this! Soothing and nourishing without clogging! I’ve always been a bit skeptical about gel creams since they tend to crumble in my experience, but I haven’t experienced that with this one. It sinks in, and I feel hydrated for a long time, there’s a bit of a sticky surface left so makeup sits nicely on it. Huge plus for the big tube, 100 ml is a lot of product! Something I didn’t notice when I bought it, totally worth the price! The only little downside is that it smells a bit musty (products with oat tend to do that), it’s not extreme but you can still smell it 😅 I’ll post a picture of how it has affected my skin over 5 days, besides that I also treat my inflammations with cicaplast cream... but this was the cherry on top! Incredible day cream for oily/combination skin, feels almost like a primer before makeup! Nice glow and absorbs well into the skin without being too much for my skin that easily gets oily. Has helped my skin incredibly. I have perioral dermatitis and also easily get pimples and blemishes. A too greasy cream doesn't work for my skin and I also need something that moisturizes well as I easily get dry. Can say that I have this to thank for my skin recovering so well! MY FAVORITE CREAM UNDER MAKEUP!
This Oat In Calming Gel Cream is my absolute favorite cream right now, especially under makeup. It is sooooo light, cooling, and absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, which makes foundation lay evenly and last better throughout the day. Previously, I used thicker creams like from Weleda, but I've noticed that gel creams work much better for my problematic and sensitive skin. It provides just the right amount of moisture, soothes the skin, and leaves it soft without clogging the pores. Good but bad smell
This is an extremely good moisturizer! One of the few that doesn't sting when I apply it, not even during an eczema flare-up. Works great on my acne-prone skin as well. The tube is also much larger than many other moisturizers at the same price. The only downside is the smell. It is not scented, but the oats in the cream give off a quite distinct smell. Especially right after/under application. I'm very glad that it is not scented, but I wish it didn't smell bad for that reason😅 I highly recommend this! Perfect moisturizer for you if you don't want anything heavy. Very cooling and nice, and the skin feels really good afterwards. I have combination skin, oily and acne-prone in certain areas, where this cream worked perfectly! However, in winter I get very dry, so I might need an extra layer or to complement with another cream on certain parts of the face. This moisturizer works really well on my acne-prone combination skin. It has a light consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin, but still feels hydrated after several hours! Not greasy and doesn't clog the pores either. The only downside to this is the smell… I don't mind a scent of wheat, but I don't think it smells like that. It smells almost chemical/sour, which is unpleasant when applying it. Such a shame because otherwise, it's absolutely great!958 views
