      Hey Ronja Yes, you can use this product even if you've done a protein treatment, but it depends on how your hair feels right now The product contains proteins (which help to strengthen damaged hair) but also moisturizing ingredients. If your hair feels hard, stiff, or "saturated" after the protein treatment, it might be a good idea to wait a bit and instead use a moisturizing product to balance the protein If your hair feels weak, porous, and needs more strength, Anti-Snap could be a good complement!     Good product

    You can feel when you have the product in and when you don't. I have damaged bleached hair, and it definitely becomes softer and less frizzy (keeps split ends in place). I would say it has an effect right away, but not much in terms of long-term changes. BUT I think it has a terrible smell 😫 I see several people saying it smells good, I absolutely do not think so.

    What are silicones in the ingredient list?

    You write that silicones are in this product: can you tell me where in the ingredient list I can find them? Are the cyclic silicones (D4: Cyclotetrasiloxane, D5: Cyclopentasiloxane, and D6: Cyclohexasiloxane) present?

    Combination of products

    Hi! I just bought this product. I also bought Redken soft shampoo, Redken acidic bonding conditioner, and a 5-min hair mask. (I’m thinking of using the mask once a week, conditioner 2 times, and leave-in after every wash). I wash my hair 3 times a week. My hair can quickly become dry, it’s bleached and thin. Is this enough with these products to get healthy and thicker hair? Or should I also invest in a scalp serum and oil for the ends?

      Hey Henriette 🤍 Since I haven't seen a picture of your hair, I would recommend starting with this spray and feeling how it works in your hair. If you want more moisture, an oil is great to use in addition - but you always have to feel it for yourself 🤗 To achieve healthy and thicker hair, you can also use a scalp serum, but the most important thing is to regularly trim the ends so that the hair doesn't break.
