  Selling half-filled bottles – customer service ignores evidence

  Warning about Revolution’s 10 ml perfumes. I bought Noir, Creative, and Revolutionary, but they were delivered with large differences in fill level (some were barely filled to 80%). As a professional in precision measurement, I measured the bottles with calipers and calculated the cylinder volume; it is mathematically impossible that they contain 10 ml. Even though I submitted photo evidence and measurement values, as well as proof that Lyko approved an identical complaint on the same product as recently as March (see the compensation I received on the right in the picture – they are definitely not filled according to specification), customer service now suddenly refuses to acknowledge the error. They claim it is "according to specification" even though their own product images show filled bottles. Extremely disappointed with the treatment where they prefer to ignore facts and physics rather than help a loyal customer. The scents are good, but expect to get significantly less than what you pay for and zero help from customer service if you point it out.
