Fresh, yet masculine
I received this set as a gift when I bought products for my husband. And he really appreciated it. This is something completely different from what he usually buys at the grocery store. More luxurious. Rituals shower foam has a scent I like better than the typical men's fragrances – it's fresher. The first thing you notice is a fresh citrus scent – giving you the feeling that you are truly freshly showered. The main scent is cedarwood – a slightly warmer and more pleasant scent. Some spice notes, like cardamom, are also added. So this is a fresh, yet masculine scent. The spray deodorant opens with a fresh scent of mint and citrus – then white musk. The scent that lasts throughout the day is cedarwood and amber. The scent is not exactly the same as in the shower foam, but equally fresh and masculine. The scent of Rituals shower foam lingers on the skin and smells good almost until the next day. Rituals deodorant also held up well on a mountain trip in over twenty-five degrees Celsius. Personally, I'm not a big fan of spray products – I'm skeptical about what you have to inhale. So if you have asthma or similar issues, you might want to be a bit careful. This is a nice gift for a teenager or young adult. I think it might be too fresh for older adults. But that's a matter of taste.
