This is more of a request. You should inform us customers that no fragrance sticks are included when purchasing a refill from you. Smells good but minus that no sticks come with it
Wonderful scent but minus that you don't get new sticks. It's expected that you change them when you refill, but it's hard when you don't get any.434 views- 2 weeksUnfortunately, retailers do not include any sticks, I have learned. I ordered from Åhlens once and did not receive any sticks, so I contacted Rituals, who said that you only get sticks if you shop directly from them. They were kind and sent me a small bundle. Lyko should inform customers that no sticks are included. It is the duty of every retailer.

Use:
Fill your empty fragrance holder with the refill liquid. If you prefer a more intense aroma, you can turn the sticks, but it isn’t necessary and may result in a shorter fragrance experience. If your hands come into contact with the liquid, wash them with water and soap.
