Very pleasant cleansing
I was really positively surprised by this cleanser – the skin feels clean but at the same time moisturized after each use. It has a creamy texture that lathers into a soft foam and feels very gentle. I find that it doesn’t tighten the skin at all, which is unusual for a cleanser, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. However, it is quite mild, so it doesn’t remove heavy makeup on its own. A real gem!
Round Lab Dokdo Cleanser (150 ml) is a new discovery for me. I bought it here after it was recommended by a very nice saleswoman at Lyko MoS. When it comes out of the tube, it has the consistency of a cream, but mixed with water it forms a fluffy, pleasant foam. I currently have extra dry skin, and it wiped everything away in one wash. It is a bit gentler and more moisturizing, and it helps support the skin’s natural protective barrier better without the skin feeling tight after washing 💕 The Dokdo Cleanser is also good and contains moisturizing ingredients, but it is a bit more effective in cleansing, so it might feel slightly more drying for some with dry skin. So if your skin especially needs gentleness and extra moisture, Birch Juice is the safer choice. If you want a slightly stronger cleansing, for example to remove makeup or sunscreen, Dokdo also works well – just remember to moisturize well after washing 🥰 Hope this helps!
