Ingredients
It perfectly sets the color and gives the manicure a matte finish. It creates an eye-catching, soft-to-the-touch “suede” surface, free from any streaks or shine. For the best results, we recommend applying especially thin layers of the product.
Mix the product thoroughly before each use.
How to Use:
Apply a thin layer of Semilac Top Mat Total over the cured layer of Semilac color polish, then cure it under a UV or UV LED lamp. Finally, wipe off the dispersion layer.
