Perfect trial set 🌸
I have as #lykoinflutester tested the #rituals Sakura trial set ✨️ I am already familiar with the brand and have a positive attitude towards it 🥰 The Sakura ritual smells of rice milk and cherry blossoms. I think this trial set is a very good introduction to the brand and the scent series/ritual ✨️ The set includes 🌸 70 ml Body cream A nourishing body cream with a creamy and rich cherry blossom scent that stays well on the skin ✨️ 🌸 50 ml Shower foam A lovely and moisturizing shower foam that first comes out as a gel that quickly fluffs up into a foam 🫧 It gently cleanses the skin and leaves it soft and lightly perfumed. The scent lingers for a while even after the skin has dried. This shower foam also works perfectly as shaving cream when I shave my legs ✨️ 🌸 125 g Sugar body polish A sugar scrub that also leaves the skin soft and fragrant. When I have Rituals body scrubs at home, I can often use them even on days when I don't feel like or have the energy to moisturize after showering, as they feel so moisturizing. The different rituals have different scrubs, some salt-based, which are rougher, while others, like this one, are sugar-based and milder. I think I prefer the salt ones a bit, but all are good ✨️ I perceive Rituals as a brand focused on scent, all rituals/series have their own scent signature and may not suit those who dislike scented products. But if you are like me and appreciate wonderfully fragrant body care, it is definitely worth trying! 🌸 - The post was made 3 hoursRating: 5 out of 5

I got the fun opportunity as @lykoinflutester to test this set from @Ritual - The Ritual of Sakura Trial Set, here comes my review. This set is perfect to give to someone you care about or to have when traveling or as a test sample. I generally think that Rituals gift boxes are super when it comes to giving gifts regardless of age or gender 🙌 The scent is very lovely without being too strong, but floral with its scent of cherry blossom & rice milk. It spreads very nicely in the room and I love that the scent lingers even after application. It really elevates the feeling when you shower or moisturize, and it gives a relaxed and luxurious feeling. ✨️ Body scrub ✨️ I can personally be cautious with scrubs as I am a bit dry, especially this time of year. But I didn’t react at all to this one, it didn’t feel like I was scraping my skin off, probably because it’s a sugar scrub. I would say it’s quite mild. It’s like other compact ones with oil that you mix together to then massage in gently. But it’s important not to be dry. I think it does a good job, you really feel soft. There’s a film of oil that lingers, extending the effect of feeling soft & smooth. Smells wonderful! ✨️ Foaming shower gel ✨️ Really nice shower gel, it smells amazing and I love how the scent spreads and stays. It’s economical and I like that it’s first clear to then become foam. Easy to distribute over larger areas. Good bottle, but you have to be careful not to press too hard so it doesn’t spray everywhere or come out too much. The skin feels hydrated and smooth after use. It really gives the feeling of everyday luxury! ✨️ Whipped body Cream ✨️ I love this body cream, lovely consistency that melts into the skin like butter. Even though it has a slightly thicker consistency, it really reminds me of whipped cream. I love that it’s non-sticky as I rarely have the patience to wait. I’ve used it both after showering and also between showers. Works well! But it’s really nice to use the whole set and finish with the body cream. It’s convenient as you can refill when you need to, especially during this time of year, I’ve also used it as hand cream. Lovely to have a little on the wrists or behind the ear to smell good. The skin feels soft and hydrated. The scent that suits most 😍
Rituals of Sakura is one of Rituals' classic lines, and I got to test their little trial set. The set includes a body scrub, a shower mousse, and a body cream. All in small sizes. ”Perfect for travel” you think. I thought so too until I took them to Stockholm and realized that the liquid in the body scrub was seeping out of the lid. That's not great. The scrub is a sugary scrub that is quite dry but does a good job on porous/dry skin. Smells really good! (Even though I don't want the scent in my entire toiletry bag). With the grains, there's a bit of oil, and the skin is left soft and smooth afterwards. The shower mousse is also a classic that feels soft and creamy/fluffy on the skin. It always feels luxurious, and the little bottle is PERFECT when traveling or at the gym! And when you've washed yourself with the scrub and mousse and dried off, it's time for the body cream. I would say it's rich but on the lower end, if that makes sense? It's good in winter, but for those of you who get REALLY dry, it will need to be supplemented. I love the scent, and I think it's just right for my arms and legs in November-Sweden. The scents are light and commercial. I think few will dislike the scent (unless you're extremely sensitive, but then you go unscented), so it's a safe bet both as a gift and for yourself.
